Drumroll Please.....

Holy Smokes! This is the most amazing shoot I've ever been a part of.

Natalie went through Colleen's closet with her, and they found pieces she already owned that we could use, and then they made a list and went shopping for the remaining pieces.

It's an absolute joy to be able to share these pictures. I cannot get over how beautiful this shoot is and what a fun day we had.

Today was so amazing that I've decided to make it a 3 part series.

First off, we have the hair and makeup. This art was done by Stephanie Neiheisel. She did such a gorgeous job on the makeup. I was looking at Colleen on the back of the camera during outfit changes, and it looked like I had already Photoshopped the image.

This sweet angel allowed me to do a few test shots with him. You'll see more of Bentley later (and his matching brother).

Now you get to meet the wardrobe stylist, Natalie Melchiorre. She went through Colleen's closet with her, and together they went shopping for any missing pieces.

It's the end of the day, and I am happy to report that I've given this shoot every ounce of me that I've got. This is the most amazing shoot. I cannot wait to share the rest.

Self Portraits

You know the drill. 

I got the photographer's itch to take pictures, nobody was around, and my hair looked fabulous. Was I supposed to NOT take self portraits?

I was particularly inspired because I had the absolute pleasure to meet the creator of the Mextures App that I use all. the. time. and it was awesome.

Happy Hour at Peixoto

Today, I went to Peixoto to do photos for the upcoming Happy Hour at Peixoto featuring Kimhak's coffee cocktails and my metal prints. If you're in the Phoenix or Chandler area you should absolutely come check it out. The drinks are fantastic (my favorite is the cosmo with extra cherries), and I would love to see you all there.

It's Friday, October 16th from 4-6pm.
