I did the most exciting shoot ever yesterday with Rapunzel.

I took Photography Club to this big open museum-y building a week ago, and when I was done there I posted on Facebook that I need a dancer to take back. The place was just too perfect.

My luck has it that I got TWO girls. The other I will be shooting Monday. They both have such unique looks.

Vanessa was absolutely the perfect model. We both had so much fun running around this building.

And if you will notice she's wearing THE skirt. The theme of my portraiture this year might as well just be that skirt.

Rome

I love portraits. This we know,
However, the sheer volume I got out of about two hours with my friends astonishes me! I'll accredit it to the spectacular light in this museum looking building we explored.

Tuscany

Friday, I went with the Business Club at JCU to Tuscany. We visited Castello Banfi to learn about their business, tour their facility, and sample some wine.

Not only is Tuscany the most beautiful place on Earth, but Castello Banfi is in itself an architectural masterpiece. Every spec of the buildings was masterfully and thoughtfully designed by its obviously wealthy founders. The food and wine they served were flawless, and I made a lot of friends and took a lot of pictures on the trip.

All in all, one of the best days I have had in awhile.

Photography Club Continues

Yesterday, I got together the photography club, and we explored Rome.

Because I cannot resist I always love to post some before/afters. I just love the difference between the negatives and the final edited image.

And I'll end it with some photos that others took of me.
